Free round with cart is valid with 3 paying guests (no exceptions) and must be booked within 7 days of your birthday. Reminder email will be sent two weeks prior to your birthday. If your birthday is within the next 7 days, register, then simply book your tee time online and mention it at time of check in and show your ID.
Some restrictions may apply. Not valid for member events/groups or for tournaments. Cannot be combined with other couples, specials, or offers. Bayonet at Puppy Creek Golf Course reserves the right to change this program at any time.
