Project work included:

• All 18 greens have been completely cored out down to just above the gravel of the original construction and contoured for more pinnable placement. This creates more opportunity for the players offering different strategies
• Previous bentgrass has been replaced with TifEagle ultradwarf bermudagrass greens, a hearty strain of grass that was selected after significant research, capable of offering optimal speed and consistency for the best overall golf experience
• Updated drainage throughout the course and the removal of problematic trees limiting views and inhibiting sunlight
• Every fairway and greenside bunker has been rebuilt:
• The existing bunkers demoed, edging added, subflooring reshaped, drainage added, and new sand added
• Built new back tee on hole #1
• Raised and leveled, sodded with new Innovation Zoysia, and Northbridge Bermudagrass
• Built new gold tee on hole #5
• Removed all prior gravel and single wall drain pipe and reinstalled double wall pipe
• Hole #18 has been completely restored to original design and putting green rebuilt
• Cosmetic changes have been made to improve functionality and improve pace of play
• Multiple areas have been resodded due to cart damage
• Clubhouse renovation included interior and exterior painting, new furniture added inside, and bathrooms updated
• Outdoor pavilion and patio furniture also refreshed and painted
